The challenge
Kite ran a growing delivery fleet on eleven linked spreadsheets and a lot of institutional memory. Dispatchers copied data between files by hand, mistakes were expensive, and onboarding a new dispatcher took a month.
Our approach
We spent a week sitting with the dispatch team before designing anything, then rebuilt their real workflow as software rather than imposing a generic logistics tool. The interface deliberately echoes the spreadsheet layout they already knew, so the team was productive on day one.

- Automatic driver notifications and delivery confirmations
- Exception alerts for delays, so problems surface before customers call
- Reporting that replaced the weekly spreadsheet export ritual
